We accept returns on new and unused items. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will send a replacement item free of charge.
Returns (free of defect/error):
*you are welcome to return your new, unworn/unwashed item for a refund. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment, and do NOT include the original shipping charge. Your refund is not subject to processing fees on the customers behalf.
When purchasing a return label, please, ensure that there is tracking included. Mythical is not responsible for any items that are lost in transit returning to our warehouse.
*Please CONTACT US should you want to process a return within 15 days upon receipt/confirmation of delivery of the order. Returns beyond 15 days of receipt will not be accepted.
Returns are accepted on international orders, but international customers are responsible for the cost of return freight.
I have very thin hair and struggled with other product showing and leaving streaks. But mythical pomade I got it for Christmas 3 years ago and will never change ! I absolutely recommend to anyone.
I have thick curly hair. This stuff amplifies the curls but does pretty much hold my hair where I want it. It is a medium hold so its not strong, but it does it’s job. It’s not greasy and it’s easily applicable. Biggest complaint...smells exactly like strong sunscreen.
First pomade I've used that holds everything in place but doesn't make my hair like a greasy taco. Love this stuff.
Bought the pomade to try, pretty good, a little fickle, and hard to work with but definitely does it's job 😁
