I had purchased a mug in a specific color. After a few weeks of waiting I never got an email or update as to why the order wasn't shipped or fulfilled, anything. So I had to email customer support to ask about my order. No one let me know that my original purchase had been over sold and just left me to wonder about the order. Eventually someone emailed me back and was very friendly. But I was a little irritated that I had to reach out first to see what the problem was instead of support letting me know. When I eventually got my purchase everything was fine. I would have given a higher review had I not had to wait and wonder and inquire myself.
