I love this show, Nicole and Josh do a wonderful job exploring the science, history, and culture of food by wrapping it in a funny, relatable package. Love learning something new each episode and laughing lots!

I’ve been a longtime fan—actually started my journey with Mythical Kitchen way back when. After episode 249 or so, yes I’m finally making a review (the protein one with Dr. Mike), I’ve learned a ton from you guys and always enjoy Josh and Nicole’s banter.
