We accept returns on new and unused items. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will send a replacement item free of charge.
Returns (free of defect/error):
*you are welcome to return your new, unworn/unwashed item for a refund. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment, and do NOT include the original shipping charge. Your refund is not subject to processing fees on the customers behalf.
When purchasing a return label, please, ensure that there is tracking included. Mythical is not responsible for any items that are lost in transit returning to our warehouse.
*Please CONTACT US should you want to process a return within 30 days upon receipt/confirmation of delivery of the order. Returns beyond 30 days of receipt will not be accepted.
Returns are accepted on international orders, but international customers are responsible for the cost of return freight.
This mug along with the orange show mug, are my first purchases from mythical.com. They make me feel so good, to be repping the mythical routine. They did take a while to get here, but that’s expected as shipping to Canada is usually pretty long. It took about 4 weeks to get here. It’s been in the dishwasher once and held up ok, I’ve had other mugs that are absolutely destroyed after, but it did hold up the one accidental clean in there. They also hold enough coffee that I need 3 cups to usually get me enough caffeine. But overall i definitely recommend you grab one or any of the others to do your part in being your mythical best.
I thought I had missed out on the blue wave mug because they were sold out when I purchased the green and orange mugs. Thankfully they brought it back as a last chance item and I was able to complete the set! Love all three mugs - they are of good quality and the funky designs and colors are a lot of fun:)
Great mug, loved the color options and how sturdy this felt in hand. A great gift I got for a friend and fan of the Mythical universe. These change all the time so you know you're getting something unique, special, and part of a great community.
