Orders
Below are some common questions about orders
- We can only accept and process cancellation requests on pending orders that have yet to ship. If your order is still pending and you would like to cancel, simply contact us with your order details and we’ll issue you a full refund.
- Multiple discounts cannot be stacked at checkout. If items are already discounted, an additional or alternative discount cannot be applied to your order.
- Mythical Society members cannot stack their monthly discount code with any other codes or promotions.
- Our size charts can help you determine the best fit for all of our goods. You can find links to the appropriate size chart on all of our product pages.
- Orders containing a Golden Tee of Mythicality 2026 are expected to start shipping 5/21.
- Winners will be announced after everyone receives their tee. If you have won, you will receive a solid colored tee of Gold, Silver, or Bronze.
- Winners are chosen at random. T-shirt size purchased is not a factor in eligiblity.
- Golden Tee of Mythicality 2026 is not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
- Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
- Once shipped, standard ship times for domestic orders can be anywhere from 7-14 business days, depending on location. Expedited shipping options are available upon checkout.
- Expedited shipping options do not include processing time, so please be mindful that, when you select an expedited ship time, 5-7 business days for order processing will still be required in addition to the selected ship speed.
- All items in orders that include pre-ordered pins, including Pin day and Pin of the Month orders, will be held until the pin is ready to ship in 4-6 weeks.If your order contains a pre-order item, your full order will not ship until all items are ready. If you would like your in stock orders to ship ASAP, we recommend placing separate orders for those and your pre-order items to avoid delays.
- Once your order ships you will be sent tracking information via email.

- Yes, we ship across the globe. International shipping rates are calculated upon checkout. Transit times vary depending on location. Typically between 7-21 days.
- International customers are responsible for any additional import or customs fees that may be imposed. Shipping fees charged on behalf of the Mythical Store does not cover any possible import or customs fees.
- Yes, we accept returns on new and unused items. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will send a replacement item free of charge. Returns (free of defect/error) will be refunded the product price, minus the return shipping. Please note, all original shipping charges are not refundable.
- Please, contact us below should you want to process a return within 30 days upon receipt of the order. Returns beyond 30 days of receipt will not be accepted.
- Returns are accepted on international orders, but international customers are responsible for the cost of return freight.
- Products marked at or greater than 50% discount are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review all final sale items carefully before purchase.

Guide Package Protection
Below are some common questions about opting into Guide Package Protection to protect lost, stolen, or damaged orders.
Guide Package Protection protects your order against loss, damage, theft, and more. In just a couple of clicks, you'll receive a refund or replacement for approved claims.
To cover your order, make sure Guide Package protection is checked before you place your order at checkout.
If you opt out of Guide Package Protection, then Mythical is not liable for lost, damaged,
or stolen items.
If you’ve purchased package protection and need to make a claim, head: HERE to file a claim.
Guide Package Protection will be available to add once you reach Checkout. Once it is added, it will appear at checkout as a product before your order is placed.
Guide Package Protection covers lost, damaged, and stolen packages.
You have the option of a refund or replacement of your order.
The cost of Guide Package Protection depends on the total value of your order. You will see the package protection cost amount before checkout.
If your parcel hasn't had an updated tracking scan in 4 days, it’s considered lost in transit, and you can make a claim.
File a claim as normal: HERE, and Guide will go ahead and process your claim.
30 – 45 days from the ship order, depending on the claim type.
