- Information you voluntarily provide Mythical.
Mythical collects and maintains information that you voluntarily submit to Mythical during your use of the Site and Services. For example:
- When you register for the Site, certain provided information to Mythical will be required such as your name and email address;
- When you post comments and/or content on the Site and/or Service information about you that accompanies those posts or content, which may include a name, user name, likes, status, profile information and/or picture. This information is always public, which means it is available to everyone and may be displayed in search results on external search engines.
- If you sign up to enter a contest or sweepstakes or receive a newsletter, if any, you may provide Mythical contact information (e.g., email or physical address);
- If you access or log-in to the Site and/or Services through a social media or other service or connect the Site and/or Services to a social media or other service, the information Mythical collects may also include your user ID and/or user name associated with that social media service, any information or content you have permitted the social media service to share with Mythical, such as your profile picture, email address or friends lists, and any information you have made public in connection with that social media service. As you use the Site and Services, certain information may also be passively collected. Through cookies, pixels and beacons for the purposes of targeted and retargeted advertising, log files and other technologies, Mythical may collect information about how you use the Site and the Services. For example Mythical may determine through an IP address that a particular computer or device is located in Los Angeles and Mythical may use this information to deliver advertisements promoting Los Angeles-based businesses. This information allows Mythical to deliver more helpful information, programs, tools and advertisements.
Mythical may also combine online and/or offline information received from third parties ("Third Parties") with the information Mythical has already collected from you via Mythical’s Site and/or Services. The third party information is used for a variety of purposes including verifying other information about you and to enhance the content and advertising Mythical provides to you.

The Mythical Entertainment mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Mythical Entertainment (“Mythical Entertainment”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Mythical Entertainment’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Mythical Entertainment through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Mythical Entertainment. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18666647159 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Mythical Entertainment mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If,
in Our sole discretion, We believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate,
or incomplete, or you have opted into the Program for an ulterior purpose, We
may refuse you access to the Program and pursue any appropriate legal
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits Users of the Program that are
California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of the
information you provide through the Program to third parties for their direct

- HOW MYTHICAL USES YOUR INFORMATION
Mythical may use your Personal Information in the ways described below or described at the time that the information is collected.

Mythical, its partners or their respective service providers, may use your IP Address when you access the Site or Services or use other means to assist with delivering geographically targeted advertisements.

- HOW MYTHICAL DISCLOSES INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
Mythical may share your information with its parent companies, affiliates, and/or subsidiaries and with Third Parties under the circumstances described below. If you do not want Mythical to use or disclose information collected about you in the ways identified in this Policy, you should not use the Site or Services.
We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested Third Parties to help them understand the usage patterns for certain Services.
- Government Agencies

Mythical may make message boards, chat rooms, blogs, product review forums and other interactive forums available as part of the Services. You should be aware that any information which you post to these interactive forums or otherwise choose to make publicly available, including your Personal Information, may be disclosed and available to all users who have access to that portion of the Site or Services. By using these interactive Services, you agree that Mythical is not responsible for any information that you disclose or communicate in such forums, and any disclosures you make are at your own risk.
- ACCESS AND CONTROL
At this time Mythical does not respond to browser 'Do Not Track' signals, as Mythical awaits the work of interested stakeholders and others to develop standards for how such signals should be interpreted.
The Site and Services are not directed or intended for children under 13 years of age. Mythical does not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, you should not register or provide Personal Information on the Site or through the Services. If you are the parent or guardian of a child whom you believe has disclosed Personal Information to Mythical, please contact Mythical at Store@Mythical.com so that Mythical may delete and remove such child's information from Mythical’s systems.
You may, of course, decline to submit Personal Information through the Site and/or Service, in which case the Site and/or Service may not be able to provide certain services to you. You may update or correct your account information and email preferences at any time by logging in to your account.
Mythical offers you choices regarding the collection, use, and sharing of your Personal Information. When you receive promotional communications from Mythical, you will have the opportunity to "opt-out" by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the promotional e-mail you receive.

Keep in mind, however, that even if you delete information from your account and/or profile, Mythical may retain your Personal Information in conformance with its data retention policy and Personal Information may remain within Mythical’s databases, access logs, and other records. - CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request the following information regarding Mythical’s use of your Personal Information. Mythical will fulfill each of these requests to the extent required by law, within 45 days of receipt of a verifiable request:
- The Personal Information Mythical Collects About You. You have the right to request the Personal Information Mythical collects about you. If you make this request, Mythical will provide you with the following (to the extent required by law): (i) the categories of Personal Information Mythical collects about you; (ii) the categories of sources from which your Personal Information was collected; (iii) how your Personal Information is processed and the categories of how it was used; (iv) the categories of Third Parties with whom your Personal Information was shared; (v) categories of Personal Information Mythical has sold to Third Parties and the categories of such Third Parties. If Mythical has not sold your Personal Information, Mythical will make that clear in its response.
Mythical’s response will be limited to Personal Information collected about you within the last twelve (12) months.
- Deletion of Your Personal Information. You have the right to request that Mythical delete Personal Information collected by Mythical. Upon receipt of such request, Mythical will delete your Personal Information collected as of the date of such request, except when necessary to: (i) complete the transaction for which the Personal Information was provided or perform a contract with the you; (ii) detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity and prosecute those responsible; (iii) debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality; (iv) exercise free speech (of business or another consumer) or other rights; (v) comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act; (vi) engage in public or peer reviewed research in the public interest; (vii) enable internal uses reasonably aligned with the expectations of the consumer based on their relationship with the business; and (viii) comply with a legal obligation; (ix) use your Personal Information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which the consumer provided the information

Mythical places a priority on the security of Personal Information, and Mythical undertakes reasonable security measures to help protect the data that resides on its servers.
