RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns on new and unused items. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will send a replacement item free of charge. To start a return or exchange please use the button below to access our returns portal.
Returns (free of defect/error):
You are welcome to return your new, unworn/unwashed item for a refund. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment, and do NOT include the original shipping charge.
Customer is responsible for the cost of the return label, which will be provided before shipping. That cost will be deducted from your total being returned.
Please use our Return Portal if you want to process a return within 30 days upon receipt/confirmation of delivery of the order. Returns beyond 30 days of receipt will not be accepted.
Returns are accepted on international orders, but international customers are responsible for the cost of return freight.
Exchanges:
Exchanges for other sizes in the same product are not subject to any additional shipping costs. To start an exchange, please use our Return Portal.
Because we cannot hold inventory for exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for that size and returning the old one to ensure you get the size you need.
