So I actually got this hoodie in a reasonable amount of time. I have no complaints about it. But I am upset that my follow-up order for two other hoodies that was placed 7 weeks ago, for items that were supposedly in-stock, has not shipped yet. I placed it before Thanksgiving and hoped to get them before Christmas as a gift to my daughter, but that didn't happen. I wrote to inquire about this but never heard anything back. You have great products, but your availability/distribution and customer service are both seriously lacking. No ETA's given. No updates. Just radio silence after the order is placed and some page that only tells you that your items are not available to ship. As a customer service manager, I find this surprising. I know you have a huge backlog of orders due to your popularity. But you can do better for your loyal fans by making sure it it known that you are out of stock instead of taking orders under false pretenses. Please do better.

The sweater came in good quality, except the material was super thin, which was not expected. The sweater was already wrinkled when I opened the package. Have yet to test the fit, as it is a Christmas gift.

On top of the normal fees for shipping and handling, I had to pay an extra $17 when I picked up the parcel from the post office. They said it was because “the company paid taxes on your behalf”, however I was not made aware of this, or the fact that I would have to pay extra just to obtain the order that I had already paid for.

Not super satisfied, but my mom will love the sweater regardless.

Received the sweater in 20 days where as I live abroad. Very satisfied with the logo. The sweatshirt is pretty thin but it's very soft and great to wear with a turtleneck in winter. Love it !

I bought two sweatshirts and they are about as thin as a t shirt. Not worth the 40 or 50 bucks they cost. I’m sure my kids will like them but I could have bought a 10 dollar sweatshirt from Walmart or michaels and just ironed on a logo and it would have been better.

After waiting almost 3 months to receive my order that included this hoodie, I was a bit disappointed in the quality as it is a very thin sweatshirt. It is definitely for west coast wearers. Here on the east coast, this is more like a long sleeve tshirt. You can see right through it when held up to the light. For the price, I was expecting a much heavier hoodie. Although very nice soft material, was disappointed in the weight. The sizing was perfect for me, but another disappointment other than the thinness of material, was the logo is raised and although, cool, will need to always be washed inside out to protect the design, as it appears it may peel off in time. Will not ever order another sweatshirt/hoodie at this price from you guys again. I did, however love all of the tshirts I ordered from Mythical so far.
