Packages Need Better Protection
"I ordered this item and it was damaged the first time I received it with the back and pin snapped completely off. I spoke with someone from the team who was incredibly helpful and got me a replacement asap. When I received the second package, the pin and back weren’t snapped off, but they were bent really bad, and attempting to fix that would surely cause the pin to snap off again. I love Mythical and plan to continue to order from them, but these are not the first packages I’ve received with little to no support to ensure the package stays intact en route. I know this damage is the fault of the mail carriers, but the only way it can be resolved is by whoever packages these items for shipping. Please consider improving that. Once again, thank you to the helpful team who got my package replaced, you guys are great!"
