We accept returns on new and unused items. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will send a replacement item free of charge.

When purchasing a return label, please, ensure that there is tracking included. Mythical is not responsible for any items that are lost in transit returning to our warehouse.

Jen G I was so looking forward to this hand lotion as I work in a field where I am constantly washing my hands and they are so dry and cracked. But when it arrived I was disappointed. I ripped open the box, squeezed out a dollop on the back of my hand and rubbed it in. It felt greasy and took a bit of time to dry. That I could deal with. But the so-called subtle smell was not so subtle and it lingered FOREVER. My husband doesn't like it as he says it smells like cologne of which he doesn't wear. I have to agree - my hands smelled like my brother before he went on a date. I washed my hands twice, and even after a shower, I could still smell it on my skin. I'm reading all these wonderful reviews and I hear Link talk about how it is good for anybody and now I'm convinced - I think mine is from an alternate universe. I'm bummed :-(

Bailey M i got this and the beard oil for my bf as a christmas present... he tried on the lotion right after opening and my whole family couldnt shut up about how good it smelled. honestly, so wonderful. i might need to get some for myself now!

Linda Plasse I love it! I’m really picky about hand lotions but the smell is pleasant without being over powering and it has no greasy after feel. This has quickly become my go to hand lotion and that says A LOT!
