By leaving a message on one of Mythical's voicemail lines, You:

• Represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age
• Hereby irrevocably grant to Mythical Entertainment and its affiliates, assignees, designees and licensees, the right to record the voicemail and to use the voicemail, in whole or in part, alone or with other material, in and in connection with its audio and/or video shows and the advertising, promotion,  marketing and publicity for the shows;
• Acknowledge that the voicemail may be exploited throughout the universe at any time, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without any compensation to You whatsoever;
• Acknowledge that Mythical has no obligation to use the voicemail;
• Acknowledge that once you leave a Voicemail, You will not be able to cancel or revoke it; and
• Hereby release, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Mythical from any and all claims (including, but not limited to, personal injury, rights of privacy and publicity, defamation or false light) that in any way are caused by, arise out of or result from the voicemail or its inclusion in the show.
